Missionary Songs by Dan Truax

Dan Truax was a missionary in Africa and later a missions mobilizer, teaching at Tabernacle Baptist College. He is now in Heaven, but I am grateful for all I have learned through material he wrote and I have collected along the way. I picked up these songs in a missions conference I was preaching in South Georgia some time ago. Faith Promise Giving is…

 

Faith promise giving is… agreeing with God that He loves the world and wants every person to have an opportunity to respond to the gospel of Christ.

 

Faith promise giving is… believing that God’s resources are unlimited and that He wants to provide the money needed for this global project through His church.

 

Faith promise giving is… praying, seeking for an amount which God lays upon your heart, then committing yourself to give and passing it on to the Lord’s work as He provides.

 

Faith promise giving is… a voluntary commitment to God. It is a commitment to give to worldwide missions through your church on a regular basis. God will use you as a channel to supply money for the cause of global missions.

 

Will you let God use you and share in this most important mission?
